Teacher Resources
Many of the Iowa AEA Online resources have a variety of teacher resources available, including lesson plans, worksheets, curriculum correlations and much more. Follow the steps below to access these resources.
AP Images
- Go to Iowa AEA Online at http://www.iowaaeaonline.org/
- Click on AP Images. (Log in if prompted.)
- Click on “Help” in the upper left hand corner.
- A 26 page PDF User Guide will download.
- You may find a number of useful resources throughout the User Guide.
Atomic Learning
- Go to Iowa AEA Online at http://www.iowaaeaonline.org/
- Click on Atomic Learning. (Log in if prompted.)
- Click on “Help” in the upper right hand corner.
- Under the “Support” drop down menu in the blue menu bar at the top of the page, select “Getting Started”.
- Click on “Professional Development Workbooks”.
BookFlix
- Go to: http://bookflix.scholastic.com
- Click on “Resources” and select the Educator’s Resource of your choice.
Britannica Online
- Go to: http://www.school.eb.com/
- Click on the “Teachers’ Resources” tab at the top of the page.
CultureGrams
- Go to: http://online.culturegrams.com/
- Click on “Training Resources” at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the “Educator Tools” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to CultureGrams and select a resource to view.
Gale
- Go to gale.cengage.com and in the middle of the home screen there is a box “Areas of Interest” click on “School” and choose “Teachers” or you can go directly to: http://www.galeschools.com/teachers.htm
- Here you will find: Curriculum Correlations, Lesson Plans, Free Downloads, Tools for Students, Grant help and more.
